  • 250G cooked octopus MERPACIFICO
  • 1 medium OJEDA potato
  • 100G mayonnaise
  • Paprika (to taste)
  • Coarse salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Parsley


  1. We peel the potato, cook it in water and salt, giving it an al dente point.
  2. We drain the potato and make some square blocks of approximately 2 cm.
  3. Cut the tentacle of the MERPACIFICO octopus into slices of approximately 1 cm.
  4. We peel the garlic and chop it to brown it in the pan.


  1. We insert a slice of octopus on a toothpick and then a taco of potato and plate it.
  2. We bathe the skewer with mayonnaise and to finish we sprinkle the golden garlic and parsley on top.
