Ingredients:

  • 250 gr of cooked octopus from MERPACÍFICO
  • 1 potato from La Ojeda (Palencia)
  • Paprika (to taste)
  • Flake salt
  • Virgin olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potato, cook in water and salt giving it an al dente point.
  2. We drain the potato and make some squares the size and thickness of the octopus.
  3. We cut the octopus into slices of approximately 0.5 cm.

Mounting:

We insert 4 slices of octopus and 3 of potato on a toothpick, salt, add the paprika and coat with oil.
