MERPACIFICO will participate in the SEAFOOD EXPO GLOBAL Fair from April 23 to 25 in Barcelona where the global seafood industry will meet. The stand, conceived as an open and very bright space, will be organized to house a meeting area to serve clients, an exhibition area where you can see all the octopus references sold by the company and a showcooking area where A chef will cook octopus live that can later be tasted. In addition, with the aim of giving greater dynamism, the stand will be decorated with fishing nets that will provide “volume and movement” and a large 3-meter-long screen in which the natural ecosystem of the wild octopus will be seen. AN OPPORTUNITY TO TASTE WILD OCTOPUS INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED FOR ITS MERPACIFIC FLAVOR will organize two wild octopus tastings. Specifically on Tuesday, at 1:30 p.m., a tasting of 100% natural cooked octopus is planned, prepared with different traditional recipes from the chef. On Wednesday, at the same time, you can taste the company’s new products, including the wild octopus burger and the carpaccio. Two products that the Palencia company has reinterpreted, providing the best quality of the octopus. “We consider human relationships very important when reaching agreements in the seafood industry.
