Ingredients:

  • 250G cooked octopus MERPACIFICO
  • 40G toasted pine nuts
  • Vinaigrette to taste

Preparation:

  1. We cut the octopus into medallions approximately 0.5 cm thick.
  2. We insert 4 octopus medallions on the toothpick.

Mounting:

  1. We place the skewer on a Chinese spoon and cover it with the vinaigrette, placing some pine nuts on top.
