Ingredients:
- 250 gr of cooked octopus from MERPACÍFICO
- 1 potato from La Ojeda (Palencia)
- Paprika (to taste)
- Flake salt
- Virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Peel the potato, cook in water and salt giving it an al dente point.
- We drain the potato and make some squares the size and thickness of the octopus.
- We cut the octopus into slices of approximately 0.5 cm.
Mounting:
We insert 4 slices of octopus and 3 of potato on a toothpick, salt, add the paprika and coat with oil.
