The project “TECHNOLOGICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL INNOVATION IN THE PROCESSING OF COOKED AND PREPARED OCTOPUS” has been co-financed by the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) and the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (FEMPA).

The general objective of the project is to become a sustainable company in terms of management, with consolidated growth in the national and international market for cooked and prepared octopus, through the implementation of two octopus processing lines: one for cooking and the other for preparation/hydration.
We aim to implement the most modern and innovative technology available on the market, ensuring its long-term maintenance. We are committed to new technologies as a means to improve production, as well as occupational health and safety.
