The octopus made by Merpac\u00edfico, in the Palencia industrial estate, has obtained a score of 91.3 out of 100, the highest in the contest, achieving the three stars awarded by this competition, as reported by the Palencia company this Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The jury was made up of more than 200 world-renowned chefs and sommeliers recognized by institutions such as the Michelin Guide, Repsol Guide and Gault & Millau, who carried out a blind tasting following an objective methodology based on the 5 criteria of sensory analysis. international hedonic (visual, olfactory, gustatory, final sensation and texture).<\/p>\n
